Agreement - General Terms and Conditional Charitable Agreement

This agreement is an obligatory agreement between Prisoners Potential Publishing Plus and person or persons that submit their unpublished work(s) of book, novel, short stories, music, art, artwork or other material or intellectual property. The charitable agreement arrangement provides payment to PPPPlus for a designated term after which the unpublished work or property is complete and sold. Once sold, fifty percent (50%) of the proceed received by PPPPlus reverts to whom the donor has selected on the PPPPlus Charitable Application Form. (ie): If the donor does not like any of the names of the current donation list he or she can choose “Other” and provide a name and address in which the fifty percent will be sent to quarterly. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is used by PPPPlus to maintain the daily operations. The terms of this agreement may change over time. Prisoners Potential Publishing Plus Organization reserves the right to change or amend the terms of this agreement at any time. PPPPlus will notify the person or interested party in writing or by posting new terms on our website at https://www.pppplus4inmates.org with a revision date indicated at the top of or somewhere on the page. If the person or interested party does not agree with the changes they must withdraw the publication or property from further distribution through the PPPPlus website or by certified letter requesting termination. However, once the person or interested party have submitted the agreement application and their short story, book, novel, or other materials for sale and it has been typed, edited, posted, and completed, the person or interested party can not cancel the agreement or receive your property until PPPPlus has recovered the full amount of its investment.

The terms of this agreement will begin upon your acceptance and return of the PPPPlus Agreement and will continue until it is terminated by PPPPlus or by the prisoner or interested party. Make sure to send PPPPlus the correct information such as name, identification number, current address and email address. You must notify PPPPlus if any of your personal and identification changes right away. PPPPlus may use discretion to type, edit, format, ghostwrite, correct all errors or choose any artwork for book cover, display, or any front representation that we deem necessary. All posted works will be represented by the company’s logo. PPPPlus will have the sole discretion in all marketing and promotional tactics relating to sales of short stories, books, novels, artwork, music or any other materials submitted.
